Skill Needs Report

The purpose of this report is to provide an update of the 2007 Service Industries Change Drivers Report, advising of any significant changes that have occurred in the last twelve months and will impact on the skill and training requirements of the Victorian service industries.

Annual Industry Change Drivers Report

Prior to the Skill Needs Report, SSV was required to research and submit a Change Drivers Report to Skills Victoria (formerly OTTE). This report examined the major change drivers shaping Victoria's service industries and using qualitative data, suggests the probable implications these drivers may have on skills and training required by industry over the next 10 years and beyond.
