Help Build the Next Generation of Retail Leaders
Service Skills Victoria is looking for champions of retail excellence to mentor participants undertaking an exciting training initiative to support the development of senior managers/leaders for the retail industry.
The Service Skills Australia Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution made by individuals and organisations in the training and development of the service industries.
The service industries cover tourism, hospitality, events, retail and wholesale services, community pharmacy, floristry, hairdressing and beauty, funeral services and sport, fitness and recreation.
The awards recognise individual trainers, registered training organisations and employers across Australia, who are setting the benchmark in the delivery of quality skills training and workplace learning.

Service Skills Australia's 2012 National Conference will take place in Brisbane on the 27-28th February 2012.
The conference theme, Quality in the Making, will focus on setting a new benchmark of quality, by exploring the concept of quality from the perspective of trainers, workforce and industry.
