Service Skills Victoria is an industry advisory board for skill development. The organisations coverage extends across the service industries workforce in Victoria. These industries include; Wholesale and Retail, Tourism & Hospitality, Caravan, Hairdressing,  Beauty, Floristry, Funeral Services and Community Pharmacy.

The four main roles for Service Skills Victoria are:

• Engagement & advice on skills development needs of the service industry’s workforce:
• To promote the integration of skill development linked to industry;
• Advance partnerships connecting industry and the learning community; and
• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of high quality, nationally recognised training products and services.
